Who will be attending?

  • EVERSANA executive leadership, members of the Board of Directors, Key Clients, Special Guests, and many other top leaders from across the enterprise.

What is the travel booking information?

  • All flight accommodations must be booked through our travel partner, Acendas Travel operating through our Concur Travel System. Click here to be directed to EVERSANA’s travel resource page.

  • Travel Booking Information:

    • Airport: Cancún International Airport (CUN)

    • Arrive: Sunday, February 2; check-in time is at 3:00 pm. EVERSANA will host a Welcome Reception that evening.

    • Depart: Friday, February 7; check-out time is 12:00 pm. 

    • Book your travel by December 18 and send your travel itinerary to Irelyn Stanley.

How do I reserve a hotel room?

  • Your hotel stay is from Sunday, Feb. 2-Fri. February 7 has been reserved. Yay!

  • Confirmation numbers will be sent at a later date.

Will transportation be provided to and from the airport?

  • Yes, EVERSANA has contracted with EDGE Group Destination Services to provide transportation from the airport to The Grand at Moon Palace.

    • Please send your detailed flight itinerary to Julie Wagner before December 18. 

      Departure Transfers: You will receive an email confirmation from EDGE Group Destination Services confirming your ground transportation back to the airport. EDGE will organize your transportation on your departure date.  

      • If you need to make any changes to your travel itinerary, please reach out to them directly. Contact Mariana Fernandez at mfernandez@palaceresort.com within 24 hours before departure.  

      • If you are arriving prior to Feb. 2 or staying at a different resort, you are responsible for your own transportation.   

How far is Moon Palace The Grand from the major local airport?

  • Cancún International Airport (CUN) is approximately 10.7 km or 6.8 mi from Moon Palace The Grand Resort.  It is important to note that the road work has started on the 307 on the way from the airport to Cancun. Arrival traffic headed south of the airport should not be as affected. However, travelers headed north to the airport for departures should expect detours and delays on their way back to the airport.  

What should I know about bringing a guest?

  • You’re welcome to bring a guest! Please note that their travel costs and additional expenses like golf, excursions, spa, and other incidentals are at their own expense, as meals and accommodations are included.

  • Guests may not attend EVERSANA-sponsored events unless specifically noted.

What is the dress code for the meetings and evening events?

  • Plan for a mix of work and fun. The dress code is smart casual.

What do I pay for?

  • Moon Palace The Grand is an all-inclusive resort. Any additional costs associated with your stay (i.e. spa treatments, gift shop items, extended stays, and personal excursions) will be at your own expense.  

  • Transportation to and from the airport to the resort will be provided. 

  • If you are arriving to stay at a different resort, you will need to make your own ground transportation arrangements. 

What’s the food situation?

  • We are coordinating all meals as part of our event-planning process for the week. There will be plenty of options for you to choose from for each meal.

  • All meals will have gluten-free and vegetarian options.
